We think we've got it covered, but please let us know if you want to see another subject covered. The Courses
You don't need to be the teacher's pet to get the most out of our material.
Designed to be easy to use, Modern Governor's courses are short and engaging, typically lasting 20 minutes and consisting of a few separate modules. The content is structured in this way to allow Governors to dip in and out of a course as their schedules permit.
The courses have been produced with the help of experts from the Education and Local Government sector and include examples, case studies and scenarios specifically relevant for today's busy Governors.
Released on a rolling schedule, the courses will remain permanently available so that governors can revisit the material as often as they wish.
The courses can also be used to facilitate group learning on specific topics, for example during a full Governor or committee meeting. They are also ideal as part of a blended programme of learning.
Because Modern Governor comes complete with its own inbuilt dynamic learning environment (DLE) you can also evidence the learning taking place. Our DLE is a software package that allows you to evidence, monitor and record learning activity amongst your users. It allows you to demonstrate progress against learning objectives and report learning performance.
